The following is an outline of what to expect during the SUFU Conference
Tuesday:
9:00 AM – Doors open! This is when you should arrive. *Please leave your items for spending the night in the vehicle you arrive in if you are able. There is no storage space for your belongings. Check in at the hotel isn’t until 4:30*
9:45 AM – Welcome
10:00 AM – Workshop Session 1
11:15 AM – Workshop Session 2
12:15 PM – Lunch
1:00 PM – Workshop Session 3
2:15 PM – Workshop Session 4
3:30 PM – Workshop Session 4
4:30 PM – Hotel Check in, and snack
4:30 PM – Break. Conference Room closed.
5:30 PM – Seating for dinner.
6:15 PM – Awards
7:00 PM – Music and Dancing.
10:00 PM – End of Dance
Wednesday:
7:00 AM – Breakfast
7:45 AM – Board Meeting
8:15 AM – Workshop 1
9:15 AM – Hotel Check-Out and Break
9:30 AM – Workshop 2
10:30 AM – Snack
10:45 AM – Workshop 3
12:00 PM – Dismissed from Conference.
What to bring
What should you bring to the SUFU Conference? Great question!
Items you need to spend the night (if you are spending the night) in a bag with your name on it. If possible please do not bring this into the hotel until it is time for hotel check in.
Swimsuit & towel for the pool in the evening (if you want to swim).
Do you like to dress up for dinner and dancing? Pack that!
Comfortable clothes for participating in the conference workshops.
Cash for the raffle table.
