2020 is a banner year: It is Maine’s 200th anniversary of its statehood. It is the 100th anniversary of the Vocational Rehabilitation program. It is the 30th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act. And in 2020 Maine eliminated the use of subminimum wages for workers with disabilities. We will look back on our accomplishments and move ahead with a Call to Action engaging job seekers, employers, partners and advocates.
