Rose Belanger
Rose Belanger was born in Houlton, Maine and grew up in Presque Isle, Maine. Rose graduated from Presque Isle High School. Rose is a member of the Central Aroostook chapter of Speaking Up For Us. Rose is an active member of her community and has been volunteering at the Boys and Girls Club. Rose helped design activities for the kids to do. She was also able to do the weekly newsletter that went home with participants, and pass out the packets to the kids that participated.
Rose is the current Chair of the Board for Speaking Up For Us, and was the 2020 Marcia Rosen award winner for the Central Aroostook Chapter.
