Annual Statewide (Virtual) Conference

Your registration fee includes the workshops and t-shirt.
Conference is September 21-22, 2021
Over ZOOM! This is an online only conference.

• Each individual attending, including support staff, must register and pay.
• Please note: Registration will only be accepted at time of payment! If you register without providing payment, your registration will not be accepted.

• Registration after September 3rd will still be $35 and does not
include a t-shirt.
*Please Note: All Rates for self-advocates include their $10 SUFU Annual Membership Fee.

• One form must be filled out for EACH attendee including support staff.

• When registering online, make sure you complete the registration by processing your payment with a credit card or electronic check.

• A T-Shirt will be mailed to those who register and pay before September 3rd. For late registrations, there may be t-shirts available for purchase after the conference for $20, but sizes will vary and supply is not guaranteed.

• Registration is non-refundable, no exceptions.

• Registrants will be contacted after the registration is received in order to register for workshop sessions.

• A swag packet and additional information will be sent to each person before the conference. It is important that we have a good mailing address and email address for each person who registers.

This conference is a 2-day virtual event.

* Workshops are subject to change and there are limited registrations for some sessions so you may not end up taking the session you signed up for.

** T-shirts will only be given to participants who register and pay by the deadline of September 3rd. If payment is not received by this date, you will not get a T-shirt.
