Voting is very important to self-advocacy! 

After a fun-filled, but busy, 3 days of Project Vote train-the-trainer training in June, together with our allies from the Disability Rights Center, the 3 groups which will hold trainings across the state are getting ready for the Project Vote presentations. During these presentations you will learn about your voting rights, your responsibilities as voters, how to use accessible equipment, and more.

Please plan to attend these meetings when they are offered in your area.

Training date: Friday, September 24, 2010 from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm in the multi-purpose room at CAARC, 25 Lombard St., Presque Isle.
