Lending Library Procedures

To Request Materials:

You must fill out a request form. Go to the form you want by clicking on the following links Request form in PDF or request form in HTML, print it off, fill it out and mail it to SUFU. Or contact SUFU and request one to be mailed to you.

Some materials are also available in the SUFU Northern Maine office.

Lending Library Policy:

• You may borrow two items at a time.
• Books and written materials are loaned for 2 weeks at a time.
• Videos and cassettes are loaned for one week at a time.
• If you need materials for longer than the policy says, call us and we may be able to extend the due date.
• If you are more than one week overdue with lending library materials, you will be sent a reminder notice. If you do not return materials within a week of receiving a reminder notice you will be asked to pay a $5 late fee donation to Speaking Up For Us.
