Your registration fee includes the workshops, meals, meetings and entertainment.
Each individual attending, including support staff, must register and pay.
Send a $50.00 check or money order person.
One form must be filled out for EACH attendee.
Remember to include any special dietary or accessibility accommodations.
Please remember that if you plan on voting for your regional Board representative, you must be a current paid member and paid the membership fee.
Registration is non-refundable.
This conference is a 1 day event. SUFU WILL NOT be providing hotel accommodations but if you choose to stay overnight, the Bangor Motor Inn has hotel accommodations for $84 a night. Please call and make your own reservations: 947-0355.
